A seasoned strategic staffing professional with experience in a variety of industries, Susan is the founder and President of Ingenium Partners, Inc.

Prior to founding Ingenium Partners, Susan developed and implemented creative and innovative staffing strategies to attract and retain talented individuals to Influence, LLC. As VP of Strategic Staffing for this $8 million e-commerce/Internet solutions company, Susan laid the strategic staffing groundwork for Influence's St. Louis headquarters as well as satellite offices in Kansas City and Ann Arbor.

Before joining Influence, Susan spent seven years at Grant Cooper & Associates, an executive search firm headquartered in St. Louis, where she was responsible for search process and methodology , business development, strategic search planning and client management. Her client assignments covered a wide range of functional areas, with focus on senior level management and executive positions.

Prior to her experience at Grant Cooper & Associates, Susan worked in the banking industry for 15 years, first in Houston and then in St. Louis in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of cash management and corporate lending.

A native St. Louisan, Susan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Texas in Austin.
