Linda Bearman has over 25 years work experience, including 18 years in the executive search industry. She began her career at Grant Cooper & Associates, a retained executive search firm based in St. Louis, where she spent 15 years in research and search consulting. Her industry experience was focused on manufacturing, retail, healthcare and nonprofit organizations with functional emphasis in human resources, finance and marketing.

Linda left the search business in 1999 to work in a civic capacity for a local non-profit. From 1999-2003, she worked for City Academy, a private elementary school created to provide lower income families access to a superior education. She worked in the development office and was involved in a variety of activities including grant writing, special events and donor solicitation.

In the fall of 2004 Linda returned to the executive search field when she joined Ingenium Partners, Inc. At Ingenium Partners, she leads the research function and serves as a Senior Search Consultant for clients in a broad array of industries. Search assignments are focused on senior management positions in various functional areas including general management, operations, finance, human resources and marketing.

Linda is originally from St. Louis and has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Middlebury College.
