For a combined 35 years, Susan Goldenberg and Linda Bearman have been in the executive search and career coaching business, most recently as Principals of Ingenium Partners, a firm founded by Susan in 2001. In the past few years, they have seen a rise in inquiries from friends and associates looking for expertise on their child's job search. More recently, they've shepherded their own children as they tackled their first job hunt after college graduation. What is clear is that many "young professionals", especially recent college graduates, need one-on-one personalized coaching and job search expertise to provide them with a competitive edge.

Program content includes:


• Identifying an individual's skill set and interests to develop a vision of career goals. Assessment testing is optional.
• Building the necessary foundation through the development of well-crafted resumes and cover letters.
• Planning the work through the development of the CAP Roadmap which outlines the resources necessary to conduct a comprehensive job search.
• Working the plan by using the CAP Contact Management Tracker to systematically manage all contact information and track productivity.
• Preparing and training for the interview process through mock interviews utilizing job specific questions and behavioral based interview techniques.
• Evaluating and negotiating the job offer and wrapping up the job search process.
